Always a Cali girl but living the New England life. I am a wife, mom of 2 amazing teenagers, creator, and lifelong lover of all things creative. Since I can remember, I've been crafting, making, and finding joy in creating beauty with my hands.

Yoga and meditation entered my life at a time when I needed deeper connection, eventually leading me into a meaningful spiritual practice filled with retreats, women's circles, breathwork, reiki, and healing experiences. What once began as a personal journey has now grown into a passion for holding space for others.

Today, I love combining many different practices into my workshops, retreats, creative classes, and wellness experiences that help women reconnect with themselves through creativity, movement, mindfulness, and community.
